The Obama administration has thus far failed to take the most critical step In keeping America safe from foreign threats and as a result made America less safe, while also drawing heavy criticism by Republicans such as Presidential Cabdidate Donald Trump for inaction on this most pressing issue. Therefore, We the People of these United States of America, petition President Obama to issue a public statement for the purpose of "naming the enemy" by saying "Radical Islamic Terrorism" consecutively 10 times FAST, without stuttering. If he stutters then he needs to restart from the beginning.
