Name The First Keystone XL Pipeline Spill "The Obama Tar Pits"

Whereas all oil pipelines leak, and
Whereas the Keystone XL pipeline will be the longest in the United States to transport Tar Sands Oil, and
Whereas this will require new technologies to heat, clean and maintain the Keystone XL pipeline from the US-Canada border to its terminus in the United States,
Therefore we, the undersigned, request that all oil spills from any segment of what is now known as the Keystone XL Pipeline, of more than 1000 gallons (approximately 40 barrels), at any point in the United States, be officially designated "The Obama Tar Pits" by the Executive Branch of the United States, and their locations and GPS coordinates be noted on an scalable map of the United States available directly from the homepage of WhiteHouse.gov via a visible and named link on that page.
