Name the first Saturday of August, "Kids Day" and establish it as a national holiday.

We have Mothers day, Fathers day and even Grandparents day. I wished many times as a child that there was a "Kids Day". A day when kids got to be kids all day long and got to do all the fun and loud things kids love to do. Kids Day is a celebration of youth and fun.
