This petition is to name an Honorary Emperor of the commonwealth of Massachusetts in order to diversify and develop the state's culture into one unique among the other states. The emperor will hold no executive, judicial, and or legislative power, but act as an unofficial figurehead of the people of Massachusetts. This petition is to also name Matthew James Pugsley the first Honorary Emperor of Massachusetts and to serve until resignation, petition by the people, or death.
