On March 1st 1692 the Salem Witch trials began. 324 years later and Witches are still fight for respect to freely expression our religion void of Hollywood's incorrect interpretation. Witches are plagued by false pretense and the bigotry portrayed by screenwriters, as though the Craft is rightfully articulated through poor Occult Genre. You won't find our holy days on any calendar. You won't see a National Monument paying respect to the men and women who lost their lives in the name of religious persecution and bigotry unless you make the trip to Salem Massachusetts. Our children do not learn about our history in school. I am an American Witch, we are not defined by a screenplay or popular Genre intended to haunt movie goers. We are real people with Rights!
