Well, that is to say, /me/.
The U.S. would be 20% cooler if you know, like, made me the official pony of the country. Then I could have a larger role in government and spread my awesomeness all over the U.S. Unlike many figures in government, well, I'd never leave anyone hanging. I'd fix everything that everypony'd want in ten seconds /flat/. After all, I /am/ Super-Ultra-Extreme-Awesomazing. And you know, if you made me, like, the /official/ pony of the U.S., it'd be like, sooooooooo awesome!
