The proposed Planet X beyond the orbit of Neptune proposed by Konstantin Batygin and Michael E. Brown shares similarities to the fictional planet of Eeloo with its great distance from Earth, extremely cold and unsuitable for solar energy production.
The President should use his authority to compel all official documentation by any government body to use the name Eeloo in reference to the proposed planet and make steps to officially pass a law securing its name status.
