Name Ron Paul as the leader and President of the Southern United States.

We should allow the Southern states to Govern themselves, but still be considered part of the United States. The way this would work is by selecting 3 presidents every 4 years. President of the south, President of the North and the Federal/Foreign affairs president.

Ron Paul should be named the first president of the south and Stephen Colbert should be the Vice President.
