"Chris Kyle was a Navy SEAL and the most deadly sniper in US military history with over 160 confirmed kills. Kyle served four tours in the Iraq War and was awarded several commendations for acts of heroism and meritorious service in combat. He received two Silver Star Medals, five Bronze Star Medals, one Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal, two Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medals and numerous other unit and personal awards."
After his honorable discharge, Kyle partnered with a non-profit organization to provide personal training and coaching to soldiers suffering from PTSD.
These achievements earn him the honor of having a combat ship named after him. The next destroyer to be build is the DDG-120 and I petition the administration to name this ship the USS Christopher Kyle.
