NASA Budget Planning Proposal

I suggest the government begin implementing a special internet forum method of deciding allocations of funding for NASA.
My stance is based on the fact that NASA is in a sense stealing money from the public interests in a tyrannical way, whereby it could be going towards better projects. By you supporting my proposal on whitehouse.gov, there is more opportunity for a significantly better democratic positive process for all parties and all citizens, in due freedom giving process.
It is known that politicians do not have the proper science background in hard sciences or have best economic wisdom (ref:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BGL22PTIOAM Open Letter to the President: Physics Education) to make the best, ideal decisions on NASA budgeting.
