My whole life the thought of space, and what our country has accomplished in the way of space travel, has been very important to me. It gives us all hope for a better tomorrow.
I want it to be important to this country once again. I want us all to hope and believe that our country is great again. To believe in each other, and ourselves.
Space travel is the future. Not only for the long term, but it brings people together and makes us strong with hope as a country.
If people where to see man on the surface of the moon again, I know it would invigorate the people of our country again.
Mars is a distant thought. I know its something my grandkids may see one day, but we need to continue manned missions to space. Not just for civilization, but for the hope we all need.
