I would like a nation wide list of people that are NOT allowed to own a gun. It does not need to list why they can not own one, just that they do not have the right to own one. If you have not seen your friend or cousin in 5 or 6 years and they want to buy a gun from you wouldn't it be nice to know if they are legal to buy it? The Government already has lists of everybody that has been convicted of a felony or has had their rights taken away for some other reason by the courts.
