All ammunition to used in conjunction with any firearm owned or used in the United States of America must be registered and controlled from the time it is manufactured until its is sold. It is also necessary that distribution of above stated ammunition not be packaged in any quantity greater than twenty four or sold to any individual that is not a listened and approved distributor in a quantity greater than this. It is also requested that all disturbution of above said ammunition be given only to licensed hunters and individuals who are registered and have passed all examination that assure thier mental health at an approved shooting ranges where use of this ammunition will be monitored and controlled . All individuals receiving ammunition will be finger and tested.
