National ban on smoking in family oriented places but allow smoking in bars and adult oriented places.

Created by S.P. on September 26, 2011

We think that we have a right as American citizens to be allowed to smoke in designated places. It is understandable that in places like family restaurants smoking should not be permitted due to health reasons. However, is ridiculous that we do not have the right to smoke in places where you have to be 18 or 21 to enter. At that point it should be allowed if the business owner to allow smoking if they should desire. These places should include bars, night clubs, and restaurants that perform business at all hours of the night. Changing this into a national law will also clear up any uncertainty when traveling between states because each state has different laws and regulations about this issue.
