Phone spammers have become a national epidemic. The collective time that they have stolen from the lives of Americans is equivalent to dozens of lifetimes every day. By stealing these collective lives and the implicit fraud committed by them, they are effectively murdering Americans every day.
They must be stopped.
An executive order must be made to eliminate this scourge. Air strikes, capture, torture and then capital punishment is the only way.
