Force all forms of Goverment to take on the responsibility for The National Debt that they created. The House, congress, commander and chief, make them pay back the debts and mistakes that they have made.
The people didn't write the laws and bills and they don't have control of the Federal Checkbook, Only the Federal elective have that right
