We are one country, and most of us drive from state to state. Why not make one national process to get your drivers license? It would cut costs for the states as individuals since they wont have to make up different books and literature for testing. This would also allow everyone as an individual to possess the same driving skills in all states and not be accustomed to just one states laws and regulations, eliminating the statistic " state with worst drivers".
