My Plan is sustainable from the private sector and has the potential of creating hundreds of thousands of jobs. It is very comprehensive, yet is simple in it's concept. It literally unleashed the power of the Building Industry. And provides a platform for every community in America a resource for disaster awareness, preparation, mitigation, real time communications during an incident, cleanup and rebuilding long after the media and first responders have completed. It will accomplish the "Culture of Preparedness", the Country so desperately needs. A "Town Hall" approach to disaster awareness for EVERY American to use, especially officials and dignitaries for the purpose of speaking to constituents. The best part of the participation for all, is that it is free.
