There should be a way to apply for a fishing license that is good in all states. It should not deprive states of revenue, but should cost less the sum of a license in all states. There are only so many fishing days in any given state, and a fisherman can only be one at any given time. States where the fisherman did not fish would still get their share of the license. The Retired Fisherman wants to come to your state and spend money, but doesn't want to have to figure out how to get a license in your county.
