I hereby petition the Executive and Legislative Branch of the Government of the United States of America to establish a memorial be designed and constructed upon the National Mall in Washington D.C. to honor the memory of those who have served and given their lives in the preservation of the freedom and liberty in the “War Against Terror” that began in earnest on September 11, 2001, yet also presents inclusive events leading to the assault against our nation via previous attacks and dates.
