I believe that other heritage backgrounds, such as the Irish, have days celebrating their heritage and there needs to be one for Italy. Being Italian, it would be a huge accomplishment for this to happen. This national holiday would bring joy and excitement to the Italian-American community. Without us, there would be no pasta!
