National Investment Opportunity

My idea is a National Investment Opportunity.The overall plan is to Innovatively "Terraform" our nation Economically, Socially, Technologically, Educationally, and Financially, just to name a few. I have spunt, just over the last decade of my time and mind into creating a logical and extremely easy format in which to Innovatively change the way we do things for the better. Imagine more affordable vehicles, the national education debt decreasing, more jobs popping up that focuses on equal pay and rights regardless of race or sex. Imagine a world where someone who is not afraid of doing the right thing for the sake of our fellow man/woman. A world where we dont have to question "will the next generation will be successful without us?"All i need is to speak to the President. Help me help you
