National legislation to legalize Marijuana both Medical and recreational

The passage of this petition would provide America with revenue to help combat a growing deficits and could greatly benefit America in its resources to find the right cure for medical research centers. It could be taxed as alcohol and cigarettes and regulated on a federal scale to insure that it does not get out of hand. It can also be used to extract hemp and hemp oil so that we can continue to have things such as paper and hempcrete (concrete). This would also create jobs and inspire more people to grow their own food
