Compost able and biodegradable material should not be thrown away as and with non-degrading trash. Every community. Should have available to it the means and understanding to separate and treat waste in productive and environmentally sustainable ways. Examples of what should be done include the cities of Seattle and Oakland.

This could create jobs, save resources, preserve the environment, and improve the economy. The federal govt can provide incentives, encouragement and oversight. We should work together to prevent abuses and promote sustainable. Ecology and development.
