We The People, have lost control of the ability to steer our country into a future of our design. The most powerful tool given to us, our sacred, individual, and undeniable Vote, has, through gerrymandering, ballot design, miseducation, and the institution of the Electoral College, been weakened of its value, meaning, and power.
Provision 1: In order for We The People to maintain control over our Country, its Lands, Cultures, Practices, Policies and Future, we hereby require that all voting districts whether Local, State or Federal are to present the electorate with a ballot by which the voter may index candidate choices for all elective public offices by their, the voters, preference.
Provision 2: The results of the Popular Vote will hereby supersede those of the Electoral College.
