Do you remember President Eisenhower's Federal Aid Highway Act of 1956. Do you remember all the jobs it produced? With construction there is jobs, and with jobs there is taxable income. I am proposing a "National Resolution Act of 2013". An act that will stabilize unemployment, begin rebuilding Americas highways, bridges; and tunnels. However, the main focus will be a pipeline. The pipeline will produce power, carry flood waters to "Massive" treatment plants where it will be processed; and then sent to drought affected areas. The pipeline along with the other projects will be massive and expensive. However, it will produce thousands of new jobs, and perhaps be the tentative step towards revitalizing the economy; and to bring hope that years to come will be better than the years past.
