Make a national sales tax, which can only be used to send all US citizen high school students, graduating with a 3.0 GPA, to a community or state collage for a 2 to 4 year diploma. Just like we have Social Security for the elderly, we should offer free college educations to those that want it and are citizens. We should invest in the future.
