Create a National Value-Added Tax on Services & Sales ... to perhaps even replace the income tax. Aside from providing a river of funding, without a tax code that looks more like a "Who Owns/Pays Whom of Lobbying, we need, such a tax would be rebated on exports to make our goods & services competitive in world markets. No gimmicks, no exemptions, just a sales and srvices tax equally on all transactions.
