Nationalize Child Support requirements to prevent moving in order to raise the guideline requirements

Prevent the ability of custodial parents moving from one state to another with the sole purpose of raising the child support guideline. Many divorced parents come from the Military and when one person is required to move due to orders the custodial parent could simply relocate to another state and then petition the court for child support modification simply due to the move. Take Northern Virginia for instance for a non-custodial parent making $10,000 a month the child support guideline is $507 a month. With simply moving less than 50 miles away to DC the support payment for the non-custodial parents increases to $916 a month. While in Maryland the support payment would be $$635. This needs to be unifom across state lines to prevent this from occuring.
