The Federal Reserve has been a double dealer, by unjustly and secretly building the wealth of the private owners of the Federal Reserve and the central bankers, while unjustly draining the wealth of all Americans who have needed to borrow money since the 1913 Federal Reserve Act. Monetary policy must be merged with fiscal policy in the direct control of Congress. All other Federal agencies which have been made privately owned and controlled shall be made nationally owned and controlled. The American people shall know the details of the government agencies instead of the government agencies knowing the details of the American people.
