Nationalize Weapons Manufacturers and Confiscate Firearms

This petition is intended to initiate legislation allowing the U.S. Federal Government to:
1. nationalize firearms manufacturers in the U.S., and
2. confiscate firearms registered, possessed, or otherwise existing in the U.S., and
3. make it a crime to trade, possess, use, or transport firearms inside the U.S. without the express authorization of the U.S. Federal Government, licensure depending on passing systematic, ongoing, and random testing, including drug testing.
