The Second Amendment Grants US Citizens the Right to keep and bear arms.
This right needs to be recognized nationally, in whole, as the Right to self defense, and the Right to Openly carry a firearm, without being harassed by law enforcement, or other Agents of the Law.
We the people of the United States Petition the Federal Government to establish a Law, that requires all Agents of the Law to stop the illegal detainment of any citizen Openly Carrying a firearm.
Many Agents of the law are harassing US Citizens, at gunpoint, for exercising their Right to Keep and bear arms. This needs to be addressed. If a US Citizen were to do the same, they would be charged with Assault with a deadly weapon. Our Public Servants should be held to the same standard, Nationally.
