Nationwide DUI database a place where States log DUI conv. to prevent offender from obtaining a license in another State

This would be a place that individual states will log and track DUI convictions to prevent an offender from being able to obtain a license in another state. If an individual is a repeat offender (more than 1) he is entered into this database which then will raise a flag if said person tries to obtain a license in another state.
