The Federal Government should allow the Native American Tribes and Nations to decide who may and may not be considered a full member of their Tribe or Nation, without penalty or influence from the US. Immediately stop the blood quorum standard that can only have the effect of the extinction of the Native American Peoples. Recognise that being an American indian is more than having the correct blood quorum. If also consists of a common culture, outlook, and worldview.
