Mr. President, please ensure security of Ukrainian nuclear plants. According to reliable military sources in Ukraine, these plants are in the regions where the Russian military is deployed now. Any incident will cause nuclear clouds over NATO countries and radiation exposure. Chernobyl plant accident caused twenty times stronger radiation leakage than the one in Hiroshima. Radiation facilities are in imminent danger of chaos ensued under Russian occupation. Delay in actions may put in danger the population of Eastern Europe and lives of American troops stationed there. Only NATO forces can realistically secure the plants. Please make a decision to engage NATO forces and secure the US allies against the threat of accident in the nuclear plants in Ukraine.
