The N.C. DMV is in a serious violation of the US Medical Privacy Act. ANYONE reported to them, will get a large form in the mail, asking you for complete medical history, if you do not make a doctor appointment and they fill it out and you sign your rights away? They revoke your drivers license, a catch-22, a darned if you do, and darned if you don't situation.
They do not base this off of ANY previous driving record.
It is an attempt by the N.C.DMV to circumvent the law of the land. Which is a Federal Violation of law.
While I personally believe, in states rights. I do not believe, they should be so brazen, to make laws that create discrimination, intolerance and bias. That is not what this country is about, and it is not what this country was founded on... melting pot.
