Over zealous legislators, caught up in the fervor of 9/11, passed the Patriot Act, which took away many of our rights. President Obama in December of 2011, signed into law the 2012 NDAA, which gives him, as well as any future President the right to indefinitely detain anybody at anytime, without being charged with a crime. This is in direct violation of our rights to a speedy and swift trial by a jury of our peers and another one of our precious rights stripped away from us. These rights are the foundation of our nation and the reason so many brave souls gave their lives defending our country. Our nation was founded under the banners of Truth, Justice and Liberty, for all. Let your voice be hard, that you will not allow more of our rights to be taken away. Revoke the NDAA.
