Necessary update on the Nationality Act. violation of rights of Americans born abroad.

For several years now, there's been constant issue, there's a whole new generation of americans born abroad but we are not legally americans, because the law requires a physical presence to be able to obtain the nationality, but at the same time physical presence is not defined, so now americans that for whatever reason leave and have children, that children are defined as aliens, they are not considered americans, and taking the violation of international law of the table, we are no longer in the medieval ages where your rights are defined by where you are born, and as such we this new unrecognised generation of americans are being subject to discrimination and defenseless because we are not citizens, our only choice its to go on a 20 year waiting list foragreencardnotacitizen
