Help people that are receiving Social Security (SS) or Service Connected disabled by Veterans Administration (VA) at the rating of 100%, that have court order custody of kids, get benefits from SS or VA as they where dependants.

If someone has court order custody of children and are receiving Social Security (SS) or Service Connected disabled by Veterans Administration (VA), should be able to count them as a dependent until the custody paperwork is terminated.
