Need govt policy for Corporate America who do office work in America from offshore workshop.

Today’s internet and technology advancement in Global business, American job’s are moving to other countries and America’s office work are doing from offshore by the fraction of the cost they pay workers in America. This unfair trade practice has to change, the American politicians need to wake up and stop the bleeding of GDP from Service Sector to other countries, these hurting American workers, society and the government. . I think the following steps will reduce the outsourcing, they are:-
1.Restrict back office job from moving to offshore .
2.Allow federal and state governments to collect payroll tax , social security tax and Medicare tax based on the positions prevailing salary in America etc
3.Pass Law to restrict all tax breaks to company offshore job to other countries.
