As world population is increasing rapidly in comparison to space R&D .This can be adverse to all of us by killing each other for limited resources which ultimately leads to greater risk of more conflict on earth for food & shelter .
So now its time to move people from earth & settle them on other planets in Universe . Only solution is peacefully utilize human resource on earth for welfare of human race and make every person employed in productive way & consume resources from other planets & habitat there. Cannot wholly depend on private organization like space X, etc. So Government should take initiative seriously & release great fund.
Therefore, have to work on warfighting mode on space exploration & establishing human colony other planet which minimize human pressure on earth.
