I am unemployed and about to lose my hope to keep my home I just bought it. applies every where non has approved me for any financial packages. one say some thing some say some thing else's. but I decided to sell my house and go for live upon government helps. bank of America who is the lender has no any approval packages. keep your home California also say funny thing like I receive the unemployment benefit from other state or from NC. we will approve those who live into California and receive the unemployment from California. so every where you go they might have some thing to say. but the easy way to sell it and go. don't ask and don't go for any one.
