Need the support of the U.S. government

I am a citizen of Vietnam, these days I always watched the press about the incident on the Chinese drilling platform in Vietnam territorial and aggressive attitude provoking human losses and property of the our marine police. I beseech the U.S. government to help make our small country to prevent the expansion of China's territory occupied Vietnam military or diplomatic peace to the country was stable and free shipping economic trade with other countries.
