Negate the executive order that gives the House and Senate a pay raise.

In this time of national strife, it is nonsensical to grant a pay raise to members of the House or Senate. Not only have they not fulfilled their duties as elected officials in passing a budget or avoiding a tax increase to the American people, they have not gone above and beyond in their elected duties, as all others must do, to deserve a pay raise. You are on notice, you work for us..WE THE PEOPLE, and we can vote you out as quickly as you were voted in.
