We believe that there should be an option to sign against a petition. This option would allow for true democracy to show on these petition and give the people that are against the petition to have a voice.
How the negation votes would effect the petition is that it would add another requirement for the White House to review the petition. The tally of the votes for the petition has to be greater than the number of votes against it.
