Negotiate with Canada to remove the reciprocal passport requirements for travel between the countries.

Created by J.E. on January 07, 2013

The US/Canadian Border is not defended. Anyone with intent to harm either the US or Canada can simply walk across the border for thousands of miles. Yet we have created a passport requirement (after 9/11/2001) in hopes of increasing security. This requirement only affects people who cross at legal checkpoints. Therefore it decreases free travel and free trade in North America, without significantly increasing security for either government.
