Negotiate the immediate release of Otto Warmbier from North Korea and to bring him home to the United States

Otto Warmbier is wrongfully being forced to go through 15 years of hard labor in North Korea for a misdemeanor in the United Stares. The Obama Administration needs to negotiate his release and bring him to be free or to sentence him here, either way he needs to be free from the harsh and unfair grips of North Korea.
