A convention of delegates from the states of Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Connecticut; the provinces of New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, and Prince Edward Island; shall be held in the City of Boston in 2014 to draft a constitution for The Republic of New England. Upon ratification of same by legislatures/parliaments of the above, representatives of the republic shall negotiate the terms of separation from the United States of America and Canada.
