NESARA is law. It was signed into law on october 10th 2000 by bill clinton. Nesara is not enforced because it will remove all U.S. officials from office and restore the constitution. Nesara will declare peace among nations subsequently withdrawing all military from the middle East and will also zero out all credit card and bank debts .
