Keep the web free. Net neutrality allows small business to make services cheaper to the american public. By allowing broadband providers the right to throttle they get to pick and choose the winners and losers. It also gives an unfair playing field to provide content.
Have FCC chairman Tom Wheeler reclassify broadband providers as telecommunications service providers rather than information service providers. This will reinstate the net neutrality rules and stop providers from throttling businesses in a pay to play.
